‘Marketing’ matches the right message/cause to the right person(s) by meeting the person(s) needs with the product or service in a way that is unobtrusive and inviting.  (That’s a fancy way to say that we’re gonna identify & highlight all the features of the property to compel as many buyers as possible to be interested in the property.)

I utilize professional photography to put the home in the best light; also 3d-walkthrough with 4K camera & drone shots (if appropriate); also, utilize various venues to market the homes, including MLS, 88+ online syndications, e-fliers, and social media exposure.  [As needed I also stage (and/or virtually stage) homes to provide a more desirable interior for professional photography.] I also hold Open House(s), place home sign w/sign-to-text follow-up, utilize ShowingTime (showing service), and perform various reverse prospecting; also, follow-up with prospective buyers and/or their realtors.  [If needed I also assist the Sellers by providing maid & lawn services in preparations for the photoshoot & Open House.] I don’t just place a sign and hope!  I work hard to get the house sold ASAP and at top price.  I have a video that explains some of these aspects: https://realtysidebyside.com/2018/03/19/home-seller-looking-for-agent-video/
